How to participate in Trade-in program?

You can make your trade-in purchase by following these steps:

1 Visit the Samsung Trade-in website and confirm your old devices are in the eligible list.

2 Answer a few simple questions to valuate your old device.*

3 Fill in the IMEI / Serial Number of your new Samsung device** and other information. Schedule to visit our Samsung Experience Stores for the final check up.

4 After the final inspection, you will receive your old device Trade-in value in you Hong Kong Bank account via bank transfer/FPS within 2-3 working days.

*Old Devices would not be eligible for processing trade-in in the following situations:
1. After final physical assessment and inspection, the old device value is less than HK$100;
2. Security locks and personal accounts cannot be completely removed from the old device (e.g.Pattern/Pin/Password/Biometrics/Find my mobile/Gmail account/Samsung account/iCloud/Android or Google Smart Lock etc.); or
3. The old device has participated in any Samsung trade-in program and has been returned to Samsung under such trade-in program in the past 12 months (calculated from the purchase date of the new device) according to Samsung’s record.
**The IMEI / Serial number of the newly purchased Samsung device is required; each IMEI / Serial number can be used once only.
