How can I Change Language to Communicate with Bixby Voice on Galaxy S8?

As of April 2018, the languages currently supported are Korean, US English and PRC simplified Chinese with more languages set to be supported in the future and certain features may not be available depending on your region.
Bixby language can be different from system language because the selected language is applied to Bixby only.
