I imported data from iCloud using Smart Switch Mobile but pictures are not imported. Why?

If you activate the “iCloud Photo Library” feature in your iOS device, the pictures cannot be imported, because the pictures will be saved in different places of iCloud.
So if you activate “iCloud Photo Library”, please de-activate “iCloud Photo Library” and backup your data again.
And then try again to import your data.
