"Premium Pickup & Delivery Repair Service" is provided by Samsung customer service center. The center is responsible for picking up Samsung mobile phones or tablets from customers' addresses and delivering to Samsung customer service center for inspection and repair. After completion of the repair, the center will be responsible for returning the Samsung Product back to the pickup address. Please refer to the following links for details.
