A.) Who is eligible to participate in this offer?

a. Any US resident who is at least 18 years of age who purchased an eligible Samsung washer/dryer pair (“Qualifying Purchase”) from a participating retailer between January 1, 2026, and March 31, 2026 (after submitting valid offer claim as described below). This offer is not valid on purchases made from Lowes. For purchases made at Lowe’s or Lowes.com, visit https://www.lowes.com/l/help/rebate-center for redemption instructions. Offer only valid while supplies last. Offer limited to one (1) claim per household.
B.) Which models are eligible for the offer?

C.)   How do I redeem this offer?

a.      Purchase an eligible Samsung washer/dryer pair from a participating retailer in-store or online between January 1, 2026, and March 31, 2026 and save your receipt. This offer is not valid on purchases made from Lowes.

b.      Submit your claim via our online claim form

                                                    i.     Visit https://www.samsung.com/us/promotions/ and select the promotion 2026 Samsung Pet Care Promo (“Website”) to access the online offer claim form.

                                                   ii.     Complete and submit the Offer claim form from January 1, 2026, at 12:00 PM ET to March 31, 2026, by following the on-screen prompts to provide the required information including but not limited to: participant’s full name (no initials), email address, mailing address. Participants will not be allowed to change their mailing address or email address after submitting.

                                                 iii.     Provide date of Qualifying Purchase, product serial number and upload a photograph of the original register receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase. The uploaded file must be in .JPEG, .PDF, .JPG, .PNG, or GIF format and may not exceed 20MB.

c.      Receive the digital code

                                                    i.     If your submission meets the Official Terms & Conditions requirements, you will be sent your digital code via email, please allow 5 weeks for claim processing.
D.)   How do I redeem my digital code?

      i.     Download the Airvet app: Visit join.airvet.com/ getstarted to download the Airvet app. Airvet is available in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

                                                   ii.     Open the Airvet app and click the Sign-Up button to create your account.

                                                 iii.     Tap the second square: Confirm that you do not have access to Airvet through your employer and that you received Airvet as a perk. Search for “Samsung Washer Dryer” as the partner in the search field.

                                                 iv.     Activate your membership: Create your Airvet account with the promotion code and enter an email and create a password to get started right away!

                                                   v.     If you have issues activating your promo code, please email support@airvet.com.
E.) When can I expect my code for the 1-year membership to Airvet.com?

a. If your submission meets the Official Terms & Conditions requirements, you will be sent your digital code via email within approximately 5 weeks from approval of the offer claim submission (please allow 2 weeks for review of your offer claim from the time of claim submission), while supplies last. Then follow the below steps to redeem your code.
F.) How long is the free Airvet membership for?

a. You will have access to your membership for 1 year from the date of sign up.
G.) What should I do if having issues activating my promotion code?

If you have any issues signing up with your promotion code, please email support@airvet.com.
H.) Can I submit for more than one qualifying purchase?

a. No, there is a limit of one (1) claim per household.
I.) I previously bought the qualifying products in one single transaction from a participating retailer, can I still participate in this Offer?

a. No, only eligible Samsung washer/dryer pair purchased between January 1, 2026, and March 31, 2026 are eligible for this offer.
J.) What information do I need to submit?

a. You must have your Samsung Washer/Dryer serial number and purchase receipt in hand to fully complete the submission process. Once you have receipt, follow the prompts and complete all required forms on www.samsung.com/us/promotions/petcare-promo-2026 to complete your submission.
K.)   Where do I find serial numbers on my appliance?

a.      Serial codes are listed on a sticker on the door jam and the back of your Samsung appliance, serial numbers are 14-15 characters long.

b.      If you continue experiencing difficulty in finding your serial numbers, please contact Rebate Vendor Customer Support at (833)-215-9233.
L.) I lost my receipt/proof of purchase to the qualifying appliance purchase; can I still participate?

a. No, a valid receipt/proof of purchase is mandatory for participation in this Offer.
M.) What happens if I don’t submit my information online by January 31, 2026?

a. You will no longer be eligible for the Offer.
N.) What do I do if I get the error message “Invalid Serial Number” when inputting my serial number for my home appliance?

a. Please make sure that you have entered all 14-15 characters.
O.) What happens if I’m having problems submitting my claim?

a. If you are unable to complete an Offer Claim Form due to an error, please contact Rebate Vendor Customer Support at (833)-215-9233.
P.) How can I check the status of my claim?

a. After you receive your registration confirmation email, you may visit samsungrebates.com to check your status. Follow the instructions to see your status. Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting your offer claim before checking the status of your submission.
Q.) I’ve submitted my information, but I haven’t gotten an email confirmation in 5 business days. What do I do?

a.      Please be sure to check your Spam folder.

b.      If you still have not received an email, please take a look at your submission status by following the instructions under “How can I check the status of my submission?”

c.      If there hasn’t been an update to your status within 10 business days, please contact Rebate Vendor Customer Support at (833)-215-9233.
R.) What is my course of action if I am rejected?

a. You will receive an email indicating why you were rejected and steps detailing how to resubmit. Resubmissions must be completed before 11:59:59 PM ET on March 31, 2026. If you don’t receive this email, please contact Rebate Vendor Customer Support at (833)-215-9233.
